Greta & Shotzy

Greta and Shotzy are a bonded pair of 9-year-old Dachshunds, each weighing around 14 pounds. These incredibly loving companions are seeking a forever home where they can share their days with their favorite person. Their ideal spot is snuggled up in bed with you, ready for endless cuddles. They thrive on companionship and would love a home where their person is around most of the time. Greta and Shotzy enjoy playtime, sharing affection with each other and their humans, and are big fans of car rides, always eager to be by your side. They are also working on their leash manners and improving daily in their foster home. Both girls are house-trained and crate-trained, ready to settle into their new lives.

Ideal Home

A home where their person is present most of the time, and where there are no children under 10 years old. They would also prefer a home without large dogs, as they are both very submissive. A fenced yard is a must for them to enjoy outdoor time.

Ongoing Health

Greta and Shotzy are both house-trained and crate-trained. As with any rescue dogs, a period of adjustment and patience will be important as they settle into their new environment.

Training & Support

Both Greta and Shotzy are house-trained and crate-trained. They are currently working on their leash walking skills and are showing great improvement. Patience and understanding will be key as they adjust to their new home.
