Toaster

Meet Toaster, a 2.5-year-old bundle of joy with a spirit as bright as his name! This wobbly wonder may not move like a typical dog due to a past spinal injury, but his zest for life and unique gait have completely charmed everyone he meets. Toaster's balance and coordination have improved significantly during his time with us, and he's even mastering short staircases with enthusiasm!

Ideal Home

Toaster would thrive in a home with older children who can appreciate his energetic play style without being overwhelmed by his wobbly movements. While he's curious about other dogs and enjoys their company, his herky-jerky gait can sometimes startle them. He hasn't met cats yet, so a home without them would be safest.

Ongoing Health

Toaster is heartworm negative and has no other known medical concerns. His unique way of moving is simply a part of who he is, and he navigates the world with it just fine!

Training & Support

Toaster is still learning gentle play manners and is working on understanding that not everyone enjoys having their arm held in their mouth! He's a smart pup with high hopes for housetraining success, as he's already excellent at keeping his kennel clean. He's also surprisingly mellow on leash, which is a wonderful trait!
