Meet Vixen, a sweet, playful 2-year-old Basset Hound/Dachshund mix with short legs, a big personality, and lots of love to give. This 26-pound low-rider enjoys toys, treats, belly rubs, car rides, and spending time with her favorite people.

Ideal Home

Vixen is friendly and affectionate, and would love a family who can provide plenty of affection, playtime, daily walks, and a cozy place to relax. She is good with dogs, cats, and children. Because of her longer back and shorter legs, her family should be mindful of excessive jumping and help her maintain a healthy weight.

Ongoing Health

Vixen is spayed and vaccinated. No health conditions are reported.

Training & Support

Vixen is crate trained and leash trained. She is treat motivated, which can be helpful during training. She is currently not confirmed to be housetrained. She may be vocal around other dogs.
