Sherpa Throw

Sherpa is a 2-3 year old, 80lb bundle of joy who was once found hiding and injured. After receiving extensive medical care and treatment, he's made a full recovery and his wonderfully wild personality is now in full bloom! Sherpa is intelligent, diligent, and has an independent spirit, making him a fantastic potential working dog. He's friendly with people and gets along with other dogs his size, but he often prefers to explore the world or focus on a task. He's a sweet boy who aims to please, though he's still learning mature social skills.

Sherpa is fully recovered from heartworms and has had all necessary medical care.

Training & Support

To help Sherpa continue to grow his social skills, he's enrolled in scent work and communication training at Instinct Dog Behavior and Training. His adopter will receive 8 FREE private training sessions with Instinct's trainers, which can be done in-person (if you're in NYC or willing to travel) or virtually from anywhere.

Transporation

Sherpa is currently looking for foster placement in NYC or surrounding areas. He is available for local or out-of-state ADOPTION, provided the adopter can travel to meet him.
