Millie

Millie is a 50-lb sweetheart who is shy and lovable. She is fully vetted, house-trained, and crate-trained. Millie currently lives with cats and dogs in her foster home and especially adores playing and going for walks with her canine foster friends. She seems to prefer canines over humans, so a home with another pup would be ideal. Millie is fearful and cautious when meeting new people and prefers a quiet home without a lot of activity. With the help of Prozac, she is working on building confidence, and will need a patient adopter who understands she will need a little extra time to feel truly safe. Her foster parent is seeing improvements, and when she does let her guard down, her playful, silly personality shines. Millie has started attending doggie daycare and is doing very well, which is helping her overcome her shyness and build confidence. Her foster parents describe her as a great dog who is ready to find a loving, patient family.

Ideal Home

A quiet home without a lot of activity. A home with another dog would be ideal, as Millie prefers canine companions.

Millie is on a generic form of Prozac to help her build confidence.
