I’m a young, spirited boy with that classic husky spark—playful, vocal, and always ready for action. My life hasn’t always been easy. My previous owner didn’t take care of me, and now I’m heartworm positive with some health complications because of it. The truth is, no one knows exactly how much time I have left—maybe a few months, maybe a few years. But what I do know is this: I want to spend every day I have being loved, understood, and cherished. Because I can get overstimulated and easily excited, I need a calm, structured environment with an experienced owner who understands active breeds like me. I’m looking for a home where I can be the only pet—no cats or dogs—and I’d do best in a home without children. I’m not trying to be picky; I just want to set everyone up for success! Once I trust you, though? I’m all in. Loyal, joyful, and full of love to give. I may have a ticking clock, but I’m determined to make the most of every moment—with YOU. Ideal Home
A calm, structured environment with an experienced owner who understands active breeds like me. Hopper needs to be the only pet in the home and would do best in a home without children.
Ongoing Health
Hopper is heartworm positive and has some health complications due to past neglect. His exact prognosis is unknown, but he is ready to live out his days being loved and cherished.
Training & Support
Hopper can get overstimulated and easily excited. An experienced owner is recommended to help him manage this.

- Adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
- Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.
- Your adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention, plus a microchip that is already registered to you.
- Hopper will also have a free yearly exam and core vaccines for the rest of his life with the Wetness Clinic.
