Bumper Car is an 11-year-old, 20-pound female Shih Tzu/Maltese mix who is as sweet as she is spunky! Though she is blind, Bumper Car navigates her world with her heart, showing an incredible capacity for connection. She's a confident explorer who quickly learns her surroundings, using her keen senses of smell and hearing to adapt and find her favorite cozy spots. Bumper Car gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats, bringing a gentle and joyful energy to any home. She was found as a stray and came to us from the Sacramento Animal Shelter, but her past is far behind her. She's ready to be cherished in a forever home where her joyful spirit can truly shine.
