Meet Ginger!
Ginger is a sweet, resilient soul with a heart full of love, still patiently waiting for her forever home. Rescued from the streets of Houston with her puppies, Ginger bravely battled distemper. Though the virus initially caused her to lose the ability to move, she fought with incredible strength and, with the dedicated care of her foster, has fully regained her mobility. Now, over a year into her recovery, Ginger is a happy girl who loves to run and play with other dogs. You might notice some residual tics or jerky movements, but these don't slow her down one bit – she's always ready for a game of tag or a romp in the yard!
Ginger forms deep, quiet bonds with her people and thrives on companionship. She loves to follow you around or simply curl up by your side. She especially enjoys having a canine buddy to play with and gets along wonderfully with dogs of all ages and sizes. Her absolute favorite activity is a good game of chase with her furry friends! While a little shy and low-key, Ginger's adorable personality shines through. She's a calm and quiet companion who will effortlessly steal your heart. Her soft, silky coat is even more luxurious than it appears in photos, and you'll fall in love with her the moment you meet her. We're hoping to find a family who will cherish her boundless love and provide the forever home she truly deserves. Transporation
Ginger is located in Conroe, Texas. For out-of-state adopters, transport will be arranged once adopted, and the cost for transport will be added to the adoption fee.
