Charlie

Charlie is an almost 8-year-old mixed breed dog, possibly a Lab/Mastiff mix, with a heart as big as his 75-pound frame. He came to us after a welfare check on his owner led to the heartbreaking discovery that his owner had passed away, leaving Charlie in need of a new beginning. Charlie has never met a meal he would pass up or a person he didn't want to be friends with. His whole body turns into one giant wiggle when he sees people, and his joyful personality is impossible to resist! Charlie has done well with other dogs and showed little interest in the cats. He also keeps his kennel tidy. Despite losing the person he loved, Charlie continues to greet each day with enthusiasm, affection, and hope. He is looking for a family that will appreciate his goofy personality, loving nature, and unwavering friendship.

Ongoing Health

Charlie is currently being treated for Lyme Disease. He is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines, dewormed, heartworm tested, and on monthly preventatives.
