Meet Starsky, a gentle little officer-in-training who is a bit timid at first but incredibly sweet once he feels comfortable. He is playful, enjoys toys, and loves wrestling with his siblings, especially during familiar routines where he knows what to expect. Starsky has a softer, thoughtful nature and does best when given reassurance and encouragement as he explores the world around him. Starsky was found living in a culvert in a rural area with his mom, who appears to be a Lab mix, though we are unsure who dad is. He is a young puppy who will need continued training, patience, and positive reinforcement to build confidence and grow into the best dog he can be. With a loving home and gentle guidance, Starsky is sure to blossom. Starsky was born in November 2025 and is fostered in Fort Worth, Texas.

Training & Support

Starsky is a young puppy who will need continued training, patience, and positive reinforcement to build confidence and grow into the best dog he can be.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• The adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call.
• Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
• MNS reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care.

Transportation

Starsky is fostered in Fort Worth, Texas but is available for transport to a predetermined location agreed upon by Wags. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
