Barry is a 7-month-old bundle of joy who is as cool and cuddly as he is goofy. He's a handsome Pit Bull/Lab mix with a heart full of love, a face perfect for kisses, and a personality that's guaranteed to make you smile. Barry has a way of looking at people with his soft puppy eyes and sweet expression that makes you feel like you're the most important person in the world. He thrives on human connection, loving to lean on, climb into laps, and shower his favorite people with kisses. When he's not snuggling, Barry's playful puppy energy shines through. He loves to bounce around with toys, wrestle with dog friends, and go on joyful zoomies. He's the perfect balance of playful and affectionate, active enough for adventures but content to cuddle on the couch.
Ideal Home
Barry is looking for a home where he can share his love and playful spirit. He gets along well with other dogs and would be happy in a home with another friendly canine companion or as the sole furry recipient of your affection. He has also shown sweet and respectful behavior towards cats, making him a potentially great addition to a multi-pet household, provided proper introductions are made. Barry has been wonderful with teenagers, showing gentleness and respect.
Ongoing Health
Barry is a healthy 7-month-old puppy. All vetting is up-to-date and included in the adoption fee.
Training & Support
Barry is still learning the art of leash walking, as he finds many other things more interesting than polite strolling. However, he is young, eager to please, and motivated by treats, making this an excellent time to continue building his confidence and skills in this area.

Barry is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). You can track your pet's journey in real-time and receive photo updates. A $87 surcharge applies to transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
