Meet Misty!

Misty is a delightful 2-year-old, 55-pound Great Pyrenees mix who is as sweet as she is fluffy. She’s a bit reserved at first, but once she warms up to you, she’s a complete lovebug. Misty is known to be a polite companion to cats and gets along well with other dogs, making her a great addition to a multi-pet household. She would likely do best with children who are past their toddler years.

Ideal Home

Misty would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, which is a must for her. She’s looking for a family who appreciates a calm and quiet companion and can provide her with the patience and kindness she needs to truly bloom. A comfy spot on the sofa would be the cherry on top!

Ongoing Health

Misty has a mildly collapsing trachea. While this sounds serious, it simply means she needs to use a chest harness for walks instead of a collar. With the correct harness, this condition is easily managed and is not a significant issue, other than an occasional cough if the harness isn't fitted quite right.

Training & Support

Misty is generally a well-behaved girl. Her new family will be providing her with a loving and stable environment where she can continue to feel secure and happy.
