About Nico

Meet Nico, a handsome black Lab mix with a gentle heart. He joined the WAG family after spending time enjoying the wide-open spaces of a farm. When unexpected circumstances changed everything, Nico and his pal, Cole, found themselves needing a fresh start, and we're honored to help them begin the next chapter of their lives. Sadly, larger dogs, especially those with black coats, are often overlooked in shelters and rescues. We hope Nico's story changes that. He's a wonderful dog with a bright future ahead of him, and all that's missing is a family to call his own.
