Thor Good Shepherd

Thor is a 4-month-old German Shepherd with a unique black and beige coat and a personality that feels wise beyond his puppy months. He has an old-soul energy, happy to observe the world but still enjoys playtime. Thor strikes a perfect balance of independence and affection, sometimes doing his own thing and other times right by your side. He’s calm and low-key on his own, but his social side shines when engaged. Thor has adjusted beautifully to home life, responding well to routine and structure. He sleeps through the night, is kennel trained, and is responding well to commands. He does well with other dogs and is comfortable around adults, proving to be adaptable and steady.

Ongoing Health

Thor has received DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also been tested for heartworm.

Training & Support

Thor is kennel trained and has been responding well to commands and guidance. Like all puppies, he will need continued patience, consistency, and a loving environment to build his confidence.

Transporation

Thor is in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pickup is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A surcharge of $87 applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
