Ruben Tigre

Ruben is a 3-month-old Pit Bull/Labrador Retriever mix with a heart full of love and a personality bursting with fun! He's a bundle of energy, always ready for an adventure, but also a devoted cuddle bug who just wants to be by your side. With his unique brown spots, warm hazel eyes, and adorable nose, he's sure to steal your heart.

Ideal Home

Ruben would do wonderfully in a home with another playful dog, as he loves having canine friends to chase and wrestle with. He'd also be happy as the center of attention in a family that's ready to include him in all of life's adventures.

Ongoing Health

Ruben has received all age-appropriate vetting, including DAPP vaccinations with a booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccine. He has also had multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments and is up-to-date on flea and heartworm prevention. He has been microchipped and will receive a health certificate deeming him healthy for travel.

Training & Support

Ruben is still learning the ropes and is working on potty training and basic manners. He absolutely loves treats, making him eager to learn and a joy to train. With a family committed to continuing his training, he's sure to thrive.

Ruben is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track Ruben's journey in real time. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
