Coconut

Coconut is a sweet 10-year-old, 6lb girl who was found wandering as a stray. Despite her circumstances, she has a wonderful attitude and the waggiest tail! Coconut loves meeting new people and is eager to find her forever family. She walks well on a leash, enjoys car rides, and is mostly housetrained (though a potty pad is always a good idea!). When left alone, she's a quiet napper and sleeps soundly through the night, ready for adventures in the morning.

Ideal Home

Coconut would love a home with a fenced-in yard and people (adults and older children) who enjoy lots of snuggling. She'd prefer her people to be home most of the time and for the household to be fairly calm and quiet. If there are stairs, she'd like to be carried up and down. She doesn't mind other dogs, as long as they are respectful and give her space.

Ongoing Health

Coconut has some cloudiness in her eyes but can still see and hear well. She has a cough due to a minor case of collapsing trachea, which is managed with medication.

Training & Support

Coconut is a well-behaved girl who stays out of trouble when left alone. She enjoys attention, petting, belly rubs, comfy beds, and especially meals and snacks!
