Rex

Rex is a sweet and spirited 1-year-old Pit Bull mix who arrived with a significant hip injury that required extensive surgery. After a period of recovery, Rex is feeling fantastic and you'd never guess he'd gone through so much! He's full of life, loves to play, and is a social butterfly, enjoying the company of other dogs and making new friends during Doggy Day Outs. He's also working on his leash skills and household manners, and he absolutely adores a good belly rub! Rex is ready to embrace his new life with enthusiasm and give unconditional love to his forever family.

Rex has fully recovered from a hip injury and subsequent surgery, and shows no lingering effects from the injury.

Training & Support

Like all rescue dogs, Rex will benefit from ongoing training and socialization to help him continue to learn household manners and leash skills.

Transportation

Rex is located in South Carolina, and transport to the northeast is available weekly. Applicants not located on the East Coast should be willing to travel for pickup.
