FERN

Fern is a resilient and spirited girl who's ready for her second chance at a happy ending! She came to us through a rather spooky situation last Halloween, found with three broken legs in a Haunted Woods venue. Thankfully, our incredible partnership with Medvet Columbus allowed us to provide the surgeries she needed to become whole again. You'd never guess her past when you see her bouncing and play-bowing; she's an active and strong girl who finds joy in everything, from chasing snowballs and jumping in leaf piles to pouncing in puddles and "replanting" flower pots! When she's not adventuring, Fern is a total snuggle bug, happy to curl up on a recliner with or without you. She plays a bit rough with other dogs and cats, but she's accustomed to coexisting with them in her foster home. Fern is a true mix, with possible Boxer, Husky, and Beagle in her genetics. She's 2 years old, weighs 40lbs, and is spayed.

Ideal Home

Fern is an active and strong girl who would thrive in a home ready for her energetic spirit. While she plays rough with other animals, she is accustomed to coexisting with them in her foster home.

Ongoing Health

Fern underwent surgeries for three broken legs and is now healed and active. Any vaccinations or boosters due after adoption will be the new owner's responsibility.
