Hansel & Grettel

Meet Hansel and Gretel, a bonded pair of sweet souls ready to start a new chapter together! Hansel is the tan chihuahua-looking one, and Gretel is the black and tan, long-haired dachshund mix. They were rescued from a difficult situation where they had little to no access to food or water while living on a rooftop. Thankfully, a concerned neighbor reported it, and they are now thriving! Because of their strong bond, we believe they would be happiest if adopted together. Gretel is the more playful of the two; she loves to perch on the couch or a chair to watch the world go by, and she enjoys running, playing, and chasing other dogs. Hansel shares her sweet nature and also loves companionship and being close to his people. Both are affectionate, gentle lap dogs who enjoy cuddling just as much as playtime.

Ideal Home

Hansel and Gretel are looking for a home with a secure, spacious yard where they can run and play safely without the risk of escaping. They get along very well with kids and other dogs. Since they have never been around cats, we are unsure how they would react to them. Most importantly, they need a family who will make them true members of the household and give them the love, stability, and care they deserve.
