Sasha

Meet Sasha, a sweet and devoted 3-year-old, 61-pound girl who has overcome a difficult past. She was found abandoned with her puppies in a rural area and was underweight and struggling to survive. Luckily, she found her way to safety and is now ready for a loving forever home. Sasha is incredibly devoted to her people and can be a little anxious in new situations, but with patience and reassurance, she settles in beautifully. Once she feels safe, her true, delightful personality shines through. She's a well-rounded companion, already potty trained, kennel trained, and walks wonderfully on a leash. Sasha is also a smart cookie, eager to learn, and always makes eye contact, wanting to please. She'll happily follow you around, curl up at your feet, and match your daily rhythm, as long as she can be close to you. Her favorite thing in the world is a game of fetch, and she'll drop the ball at your feet repeatedly, hoping for another throw!

Ideal Home

Sasha thrives in an active home with a yard where she can run and play. She would do best with a similarly sized, well-mannered dog who respects boundaries; she's not a fan of small, overly energetic dogs. While she has done well with children, a home with kids who are old enough to be gentle and respectful with dogs would be ideal. Cats are not her thing.

Sasha is a healthy weight of 61 pounds and has no specific health concerns mentioned.

Training & Support

Sasha is potty trained, kennel trained, and a great leash walker. She knows how to sit and is eager to learn. She can be a little anxious in new situations, so patience and reassurance will help her settle in.
