Eli

This handsome boy is Eli! He's a roughly 3-5 year old bundle of energy who has overcome a lot. Eli came to us from a mill situation and is ready for a fresh start. He loves to play, do zoomies in the yard, and enjoys the company of other small dogs. Eli is also a big fan of pets and affection. He's been making great progress in rescue, and with some one-on-one attention, we know he'll continue to blossom! Eli appears to be a mix, possibly a Miniature Pinscher with some Chihuahua, judging by his looks and double coat.

Ideal Home

Eli is bursting with energy and would thrive in a home where he can play and run. He enjoys the company of other small dogs. While he can get along with larger dogs, he'd prefer a home without them.

Ongoing Health

Eli is fully vetted, including a heartworm test and microchip. He is up-to-date on flea and heartworm prevention. Eli is currently on a half dose of medication that helps him to calm down and listen, similar to what might be used for ADHD in children.

Training & Support

Eli is working on his nail trims and house training, and he's making good progress! He would benefit from continued one-on-one training to help him build confidence and further develop his skills.

Transportation

Eli is located in the Greater Toledo, Ohio area. We are unable to ship him across the country.
