Say hello to Calvin!

Mr. Calvin here might be the Calvin to your Hobbes, he's so sweet! Calvin was recently surrendered to our rescue but is now in good hands. He instantly warmed up and got along with everyone here as soon as he arrived. Calvin is a Beagle mix and a bit of a bigger boy with his stubby legs – kind of like a super solid beagle but he isn't short. Calvin loves getting attention; he'll bump you with his head to let you know he's there. He'll need a bit of leash work but is very eager to get to work, which is one of the most notable things about him!

Ideal Home

Calvin will need slow introductions to new people and animals, as he can warm up to others slowly.

Ongoing Health

Calvin is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Calvin is not house-trained and will need some work on leash manners, but he is very eager to learn!

• Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX).
• Out-of-state adoption fee is $400 and includes transport to your area. A $50 temporary fuel charge will be added for out-of-state adoptions.
