Khloe-65lb Sweetie!

Hi, I'm Khloe! I'm a sweet 65lb girl estimated to be about 1 1/2 years old. I was found trying to survive on my own and ended up at the county animal shelter. Even though I have a microchip, my owners never came for me. Thankfully, Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue stepped in and gave me a safe place to stay. When I first arrived, I had a lot of puppy energy, but the wonderful people here have helped me learn better manners. Now, I'm ready to find my real forever family! My best guess is that I'm a Carolina Dog mix, possibly with some Corgi in there. Whatever my mix, I have the most beautiful eyes and a gorgeous coat! I love to play and have tons of energy, so an active and outgoing family would be the perfect match for me. I seem to get along with most other dogs, but let's make sure we do safe and proper introductions first. I've tried to make friends with the cats, but they seem a little overwhelmed by my enthusiasm! I adore playing with toys and chasing balls – I'm a pro at fetching, though bringing them back is still a work in progress!

Ideal Home

I would do best with an active and outgoing family who can keep up with my playful nature. I get along with most other dogs, but introductions should be done safely and properly.

Ongoing Health

My adoption fee includes a vet exam, up-to-date vaccines, spay, deworming and preventatives while in our care, a heartworm test (I'm negative!), and a microchip.

Training & Support

I'm still working on bringing the ball back after playing fetch, but I'm a quick learner!
