Baby Girl

I'm Baby Girl! The team here thinks I'm a Border Collie mix, and I'm about 3 years and 10 months old, weighing around 64 lbs. I was found with my brand-new babies trying to find a safe place to land. My little ones are all grown and on their own journeys to furever homes, and now it's my turn! I'm seeking a family who will take me on adventures during the day and let me curl up with them on a comfy couch in the evenings. I think humans are simply amazing and I have yet to meet one that wasn't my best friend! I like to travel and am good on a leash. I've proven myself to be the best girl, getting along with all the cats, dogs, and people of every size that I've met so far in this life called rescue. I would do best in a no-bird home, however, as I do enjoy the taste of wings.

Ideal Home

A family who will take me on adventures during the day and let me curl up and cuddle on a comfy couch with them in the evenings. I would do best in a no-bird home.

Ongoing Health

Baby Girl is heartworm positive and is seeking her furever home. Not eligible for adoption in MA or NH.

Training & Support

I am still learning how to be in a home and will need some polishing of my potty and crate training as well as more work on my leash manners, but I'm smart as a whip and motivated to please the humans I love so very much, so it shouldn't take long for me to learn these things!

Transportation

Baby Girl is located at our rescue in Texas. Transport to the Northeast is available on an upcoming transport.
