Willie

Meet Willie, a charming 2-year-old Miniature Pinscher mix who weighs around 17 pounds! Willie's journey began when he came to us after his breeder mom sadly passed away, and animal control reached out for assistance. He's currently settling into his foster home in Tullahoma, TN, with his foster dad. Willie is looking for a patient and understanding family to help him blossom.

Ideal Home

Willie would thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard, as he is not yet leash-trained and has a tendency to climb chain-link fences if given the chance. Due to his limited socialization, a home without young children might be best. Previous Miniature Pinscher experience is preferred.

Ongoing Health

Willie has been fully vetted, including being neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He is also heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Willie has had minimal human socialization and can be shy, running if startled. He will need consistent one-on-one interaction to learn to trust and become a comfortable house dog. While he may not be a cuddly companion right away, with patience and dedication, he can learn to be a wonderful pet.
