She has a confident nature and a touch of mystery, the type of dog who is poised and more of a "hang nearby" than "glued to your side" companion. Cleo is currently in a foster home with a yard, mastering her house manners and enjoying her days while she waits for her adoption date.

Ideal Home

Cleo would thrive in a home with a yard and a human who respects her independent personality. Because she can be a little vocal (classic husky), apartment living is not the best fit. With other dogs, a chill, low-energy male who minds his own business would be fine, but Cleo doesn't require canine company and would be perfectly happy as a single pet. She has lived peacefully with indoor/outdoor cats and did well with a house cat, so dog-savvy cats are welcome.

Transportation

Madame Cleo is located in Texas and can be transported to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada. Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT. Transport is available via USDA licensed vehicles with 24/7 care. There will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport.
