Aiden McReady is a 60 lb bundle of affectionate energy, a delightful mix of Staffordshire Terrier and Boxer with an estimated birthday of February 16, 2020. This handsome boy is always ready for a cuddle, a good belly rub, or a game of fetch – though he's still perfecting the "bring it back" part! Aiden is a true love bug and is eagerly awaiting his forever family to share his joy. He has a history of doing well when meeting new people and other dogs, making him a great companion. He'd love a home where he can enjoy invigorating walks or hikes to expend some energy, followed by cozy naps on the couch. Aiden was rescued from a city shelter facing overcrowding, where he was at risk of euthanasia despite being a happy and healthy dog.

Aiden would thrive in a home where he can get plenty of exercise and enjoy relaxing downtime. He enjoys walks and hikes, and then loves to snuggle on the couch.

Training & Support
Aiden is kennel and potty trained. While he's still learning to consistently return the ball during fetch, he's eager to please and will likely excel with continued positive reinforcement and playful training.

Transportation
Aiden is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is available out of state, with pickup locations that may vary to a nearby town, county, or state. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
