Kino

Kino is a sweet, smart, and playful Husky mix who is just over a year old. Rescued from the streets of Baja, he's now vetted, vaccinated, and neutered, and ready to find his forever family in a cooler climate! Kino loves to "talk" like a husky, walks like a husky, and loves like no other. He forms bonds quickly and still has plenty of puppy energy to share. He's good with dogs and has been shown to be good with kids.

Ideal Home

Kino dreams of an active family who will include him in all their adventures and teach him what it's like to truly be part of something. He doesn't do well when left alone for long periods, so a home where someone is present most of the time would be ideal. We are looking for a home without cats, as he has not been tested with them.

Ongoing Health

Kino is up-to-date on vetting, vaccinations, and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Kino still has puppy energy and is eager to learn. He is not house-trained. He is looking for a family to bond with and will thrive with consistent positive reinforcement and plenty of love.

Transporation

Kino is currently in foster care in Baja MX, but he is ready to travel to his cooler climate home in Kelowna, BC.
