Otter is a sweet boy that's goofy as hell. He's not particularly coordinated, but that may also be on account of him being cross eyed.

Although he's got a ton of energy when he first gets going, he quickly tuckers out and he will gladly cuddle up with you. He will stand in the same spot forever if you're petting or massaging his neck.

Otter is super quiet in his kennel and doesn't make a peep, even if other dogs are barking. He's just happy to chew on a toy.

He has officially nailed potty training and that's impressive in a kennel environment. He keeps his kennel nice and clean.

Otter is a dopey boy that would fit into a variety of homes.
