Dumbo is a sweet, playful young dog who has quickly become a favorite in his foster home thanks to his gentle nature and joyful personality. Rescued from South Korea, Dumbo hasn’t let his difficult start hold him back. He has blossomed into a friendly, curious, and deeply affectionate companion who is excited to share life’s adventures with his future family. He is literally perfect — so sweet, gentle, and playful. He’s fully house-trained with zero accidents and sleeps next to me like a little baby.
Dumbo is approximately 10 months old, a neutered male, and weighs around 20 lbs. He has a medium-high energy level, meaning he's active and playful but also has a good off-switch.
Ideal Home
Dumbo would thrive with adopters who enjoy walks, hikes, and outdoor activities, understand the importance of daily exercise and enrichment, want a playful young dog who also loves to cuddle, and are excited to continue positive training and engagement. Having another friendly dog in the home would be a wonderful bonus, though it is not required. A home with respectful, dog-savvy children could also be a good match.
Ongoing Health
The adoption fee includes his neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchip, a veterinary exam prior to travel, an international health certificate, and international transport from South Korea.
Training & Support
Dumbo is house-trained with zero accidents and is doing well with crate training and short periods alone. He is smart and eager to learn. Regular mental and physical stimulation are important for his well-being. He thrives when he can play and interact with other friendly dogs, explore the outdoors on walks or hikes, engage in interactive play with his humans, and learn new routines and skills.

Transporation
Dumbo is currently fostered locally in Waltham, MA and is available for meet-and-greet with approved applicants. Transportation from South Korea is included.
