Ideal Home
Because Tawny is expected to grow into a medium-to-large-sized dog, he would do best in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can run, play, and safely burn off puppy energy. He is going to grow into a big, beautiful dog who will appreciate having space to stretch his legs and enjoy outdoor fun.
Ongoing Health
Tawny's adoption fee includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration).
Training & Support
Tawny is learning commands and making great progress with potty training. He is eager to learn, eager to please, and eager to be the very best boy he can be. His intelligence and willingness to learn will make continuing his training a rewarding experience for his future family.

Tawny is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick up is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page! Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
