TEDDY

Hi there! I'm Teddy, a charming 3.5-year-old pup weighing in at about 10 lbs. My DNA says I'm a delightful mix of Chihuahua, Yorkie, Bichon, and a few other surprises! When I first arrived, I was a bit of a mess, but after a much-needed grooming session, my beautiful coat has grown back, and I'm quite the handsome fellow. I'll need regular grooming to keep me looking my best. I also had some cloudy eyes, but thanks to some wonderful doctors and a bit of surgery, my vision is now crystal clear!

I absolutely adore being a lap dog and will happily snuggle up with you whenever possible. I get along well with most dogs, though I'm not a fan of super energetic pups who get right in my face. I can be a little protective of my food, so I'd do best as the only dog in the household or with a calm, older canine friend. I'm pretty good with house training and walk nicely on a leash. Plus, I'm a big fan of car rides! I'm confident I'll make a wonderful companion for the right person.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home without children under 8 years old and with experienced dog owners who understand my needs.

Ongoing Health

I recently had successful cataract surgery on both eyes and am now on medication to aid my healing. My eyesight is now great!

Training & Support

I'm mostly house-trained but not perfect. I can be a bit possessive of my food, so I'd do best in a home where I don't have to share my meals.
