Malibu is a handsome ~4-year-old male Husky mix with a spirit as bright as his name suggests. He's come a long way from a difficult past, having been found as a stray and entering a shelter in Houston. Thankfully, he was rescued and is now fully vetted and on the road to recovery from heartworm. He's received a ProHeart 12 injection and is completing a 30-day course of doxycycline. Despite his past challenges, Malibu is a playful, sweet, and affectionate boy who clearly cherishes human interaction. Once he settles in, he reveals a calm and gentle demeanor, but you can still see the excitement of a dog who's grateful for his second chance at life.
