Sandi

Sandi is an over 4 years old Fawn (isabella) and tan Dachshund looking for her forever home. Sandi loves to be held like a baby, sit with a blanket, and be petted. She is not aggressive and has never started a fight, but she does like to be the boss. Sandi is a retired breeding dog and has lived with her current family since she was 9 weeks old. She has been DNA tested and cleared of over 200 genetic disorders.

Ideal Home

Sandi would do best in a home where she can be the "only pet" and have all the attention. She needs a person who can be home with her most of the day.

Ongoing Health

Sandi is a healthy dog. She does develop harmless calcium deposits on her tail, which have been vet tested.

Training & Support

Sandi is crate trained and potty trained. She will need to be reminded to go outside every two hours or less while she adjusts to her new surroundings.
