Hi there! My name is Niko, and I'm a friendly and affectionate senior dog. I'm loyal and independent, but I also love to cuddle up with my favorite people. I'm smart and know how to open doors and can sit on command. I'm very people-oriented and will always be there when you need me. I love going on walks and looking out the window to see what's going on. Unfortunately, I'm not good with other dogs. I'm a bit of a grumpy old man and prefer to be the only dog in my home. If you are looking for a loyal and loving companion, I am the dog for you!
Ideal Home
Niko needs a home where he can be the only dog. He needs a very experienced owner who can handle his grumpiness and give him the love and care he needs.
Ongoing Health
Niko is a senior dog, and his adoption fee includes his neuter, current vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), negative heartworm test, negative fecal within 14 days of transport, health certificate within 10-days of transport, registered microchip, and transport costs.
Training & Support
Niko knows how to open doors and can sit on command. He can be a bit "grumpy" and needs an experienced owner who can manage this.

- The adoption fee is $500.
- Adoption interviews and meet and greets will take place on a video call.
- The adoption application and fee must be finalized and paid in full prior to receiving your dog.
