Casey is a 6 year old, beautiful, friendly female Golden Retriever weighing about 85ish lbs. looking for a home with no young kids, or unsteady adults as when she greets people, she can be a jumper and doesn't know her own strength. At 6 years old, this pretty girl still has plenty of energy, so her new family will need to have the time to give her lots of exercise and direction. She loves to play with other dogs and her most prized possession... her ball!

We are told: "Casey is an incredibly smart and loyal dog. She is a sweet girl but cannot be trusted around small children and deserves to have more attention than we can give her. She does well with all animals, and in social settings. Casey is house-trained and trustworthy when left alone in the house, and she is crate-trained but has not used that in a few years. She sleeps in her parents bedroom on the floor. She lives with a cat and a small 5 lb Yorkie, but needs to be fed separately from the dog. Casey is very sweet and can be hyper and excited to meet new people but is calm and loving on a day-to-day basis. She loves to run and play fetch with her ball in the yard and go on walks. Casey has truly never met a stranger and loves to be around us and touching us, or be petted and loved on. She is very loving and loyal. and would be a wonderful addition to a home with adults or older children/teens."
