Roxie is the perfect mix of cuddle bug and social butterfly. This sweet girl absolutely loves snuggling on the couch and will happily curl up beside you no matter where you are… even in the middle of a busy public park. Her adorable little snores during nap time are guaranteed to make you smile. 💕 Roxie is a smart girl too! She already knows “kennel” like a pro, has an impressive recall, and is currently working hard on mastering “sit,” “stay,” and “down.” She recently attended one of our adoption events and completely stole the show. Roxie soaked up every bit of attention that came her way and handled the excitement beautifully; even with live music, crowds, and lots of new friends. She especially loved meeting children and made fast friends everywhere she went. Roxie’s story started off heartbreaking. She survived for months as a stray living outside of a school, watching people pass by every single day without anyone stopping to help. She was cold, hungry, and alone. Thankfully, those days are behind her now. Today, Roxie is happy, healthy, loved, and ready to finally find the forever family she has always deserved. She does well with other dogs and is curious but respectful around kitty friends too.

Training & Support
Roxie is kennel and potty trained. She already knows "kennel" and has an impressive recall. She is currently working on mastering "sit," "stay," and "down." Adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption. Transporation
Roxie is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and operates weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Adopters can track their dog using the Life360 app and receive updates from transport. Facebook chats are also available for tracking.
