Karsyn

Meet Karsyn! This handsome 2-and-a-half-year-old, 16 lb Poodle/Maltese mix has a story etched in his eyes, even if we don't know all the chapters. He's clearly been through a lot, leaving him understandably scared and unsure. Karsyn may bite out of fear, as he's desperately trying to protect himself. Despite his reservations, he longs for safety, understanding, and love, and he's waiting for someone brave enough to help him find his forever.

Ideal Home

Karsyn would thrive in a calm, adult-only home where he can begin to feel safe. He needs a patient and experienced adopter who will give him space and help him learn to trust the world. A friendly, well-adjusted canine companion is a must, as Karsyn gains confidence and comfort from other dogs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on past experiences, Karsyn cannot be placed in a home with large breed dogs.

Ongoing Health

Karsyn's adoption fee of $250 includes up-to-date vaccines, microchip, and spay/neuter.

Training & Support

Karsyn may bite out of fear, so patience and understanding are key. He needs an adopter who can meet him where he is and help him build trust gently.
