Whitney Joy the Bunny Soft Sweetheart

Whitney Joy is one of those sweethearts that feels impossible not to love the second you meet her! Between her happy smile, soulful eyes, and ridiculously velvety fur, she has a personality that instantly pulls people in. Her unique ridge of fur running down her back is just one of the many things that make her so special. Whitney Joy has that friendly Lab-like personality that's so adored, with a gentle and sweet nature that truly makes her stand out. She's playful, affectionate, goofy, and full of that feel-good energy that makes everyday life more fun. Whitney is believed to be a Lab mix, around 1 year old and 52 lbs. While we can't guarantee breed or age with rescues, the ridge on her back might hint at Rhodesian Ridgeback in her lineage!

Ideal Home

Whitney would do best in a home with another dog who enjoys companionship and playful adventures. However, she doesn't rely on another dog to feel confident and would be just as happy as your one-and-only girl. She would also love a backyard for zooming, playing, and sunbathing. Whitney also shines when her people have friends over, as she loves to be part of the excitement!

Training & Support

Whitney is a treat-motivated learner and already knows "sit" and "down." She walks generally well on a leash but can pull with excitement; consistent structured walks will help her master leash manners. She is also crate and potty trained.

Transportation

Whitney is currently in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pickup in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
