Meet Odessa! This approximately 3-year-old, 33-pound Pit Bull mix is ready for a fresh start after a tough beginning. Found as a stray and never reclaimed, Odessa is a shy but incredibly sweet girl who just needs a patient and understanding family to show her the ropes. She's still learning to trust and gain confidence, so an experienced owner who can offer gentle guidance and structure will help her blossom into the happy dog she's meant to be. She's making great progress with leash training and would benefit from continued positive reinforcement.

Ongoing Health

Odessa has been treated for dermatitis and her skin is healing well. She may require ongoing veterinarian-prescribed flea prevention to manage her skin condition long-term. She is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. She is also heartworm negative.

Odessa is still learning how to navigate the world and will benefit from continued leash training and positive reinforcement.
