Elmo

Elmo is a sweet, 5-month-old Great Pyrenees who can be affectionate and playful, but also enjoys his independence. He spent his early months on a farm, so he's had plenty of exposure to other animals and would likely do well in a home looking for a farm dog, or a family looking for a fluffy new friend!

Elmo is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives.

Training & Support

Elmo is about 98% potty trained but still has occasional accidents, as he spent most of his time outdoors. Continued training will help him fully adjust to indoor living.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Our out-of-state adoption fee is $300 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.
• We reserve the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come, first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care.

Transportation

Our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for adoption and transport out of state. Dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by Wags. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. Adoption interviews/meet-and-greets occur on video call.
