Jackson is a handsome adult male Labrador Retriever mix who is looking for an active home to call his own. Don't let his age fool you – Jackson is still very energetic and enjoys long walks, even completing 4 miles a day with his foster family! He absolutely loves the outdoors, rides well in the car, and has a fondness for water. Jackson is an independent fellow and prefers to do his own thing, so he's not the cuddly type.

Jackson is a smart boy who already knows "sit" and "down." He's been working on his recall while using a long lead and is showing great progress, though he's not quite ready to be let off-leash yet. While he's not super food-motivated, consistent training will surely help him continue to learn.
