Hachi

Meet Hachi! This sweet boy is an estimated 2-year-old, 50 lb bundle of resilience and love. Hachi spent most of his life in an outdoor kennel after being rescued from a hoarding situation. Despite his past, he has a heart of gold and a gentle spirit, absolutely adoring people and never meeting a stranger he doesn't want to befriend. He's a big people person and thrives on the simple joys of belly rubs, a cozy bed, and quality family time. Hachi is crate trained, potty trained, and rides well in the car, making him a great adventure buddy. He's a medium-energy dog, happy to join in on the fun or curl up beside you for a relaxing evening.

Ideal Home

Hachi is wonderful with kids and would love a home where he's included, cherished, and loved. He does best with slow introductions to other dogs and tends to do better with confident pups, sometimes acting like a "big tough guy" with more timid dogs.

Ongoing Health

Hachi is still working on gaining weight after years of being underfed; his ideal weight is closer to 60 lbs.

Training & Support

Hachi is crate trained and potty trained. He can be a bit of a "big tough guy" with timid dogs, so confident canine companions are recommended.

Transporation
