Meet Miss Midna! This adorable, goofy girl is around 2 years old and has all the delightful traits of a Black Lab mix. She wakes up every day with boundless enthusiasm for life, showing off a happy tail, silly zoomies, a love for toys, and an infectious "OMG HI I LOVE YOU" energy. Midna truly makes every day feel like the best day ever!
Ideal Home
Midna would thrive in a home with a nice yard where she can happily zoom around, proudly carry her beloved toys, and bounce with joy. Apartment living isn't ideal for this active girl who enjoys her space to play and occasionally "chat" about neighborhood goings-on. She would do best with older children, as she can be a bit jumpy when excited, and a home without cats, as she is a little too interested in them.
Ongoing Health
Miss Midna is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. She has also received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has tested negative for heartworm and is microchipped with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Midna is a social butterfly who met many people during her assessment and was confident and loving with everyone. She can get a little jumpy when excited, which is her way of showing extreme happiness. She lives with multiple dogs in her foster home and is very social and respectful, though she would likely do best with dogs who match her gentle, happy-go-lucky personality. Midna gives fair "okay that's enough, please" corrections when other dogs annoy her too much.

Transporation
Midna is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
