Jefferson

Jefferson is a young, male, medium-sized dog with a lot of happiness, affection, and energy to share! He's ready for some wonderful adventures and fun times with his future family. Jefferson loves belly rubs, hiking, car rides, and playing with toys. He's also eager to make friends, and Mayday is happy to help with dog introductions if you have another canine companion at home.

Jefferson needs a home that can provide plenty of exercise and activities to match his energetic spirit.

Ongoing Health

Jefferson has Valley Fever, which is managed with daily medication. This condition does not slow him down or hold him back from enjoying life!

Training & Support

Jefferson has made great progress in his training, already mastering "sit" and "down." He is also much improved at walking on a leash, waiting patiently, and not jumping up. While he's not yet confirmed to be potty-trained, he is a work in progress and eager to learn in a home environment.
