Meet Ginger! This sweet and gentle fawn, grey, tan, and black purebred girl was born on July 14, 2019, and weighs in at 27 lbs. Ginger is a former breeder dog who has been retired and is now ready for her forever home. She's an easy keeper who loves to follow her people around and relax at their feet. Ginger gets along wonderfully with cats, kids, and other dogs. She walks great on a leash, is crate trained, and is quiet when crated. She enjoys a good case of the zoomies and then settling down for a nap. Ginger did have a couple of scrapes upon arrival, which have since healed, but we don't know how they happened.
Ideal Home
Ginger would thrive in a home where she can be close to her family. Any upcoming vacations should be planned before applying to adopt.
Ongoing Health
Ginger has been spayed, tested negative for heartworm, and is up to date on her rabies and parvo/distemper vaccinations. She has received 30 days of heartworm preventative and has been microchipped. She also underwent dental work with extractions. All of her veterinary paperwork will go with her.

Ginger is crate trained and house-trained. She is ready to become a beloved member of your family.

- Please have any upcoming vacations out of the way before applying to adopt.
- The adoption fee is $395. No payment is required until you meet Ginger and are comfortable with the veterinary care she has received.
- We require photos of your home and yard with your application. If you have veterinary paperwork for your current animals, please send that as well.
- Please call your vet's office to give them permission to release information before submitting your application.
- Please list the date you are available to drive to Antwerp, OH, and potentially adopt. Ginger is available anytime.

Transporation
Ginger is located in Antwerp, OH. Transport is available every other Wednesday morning to Maumee if needed. Approved families are always welcome to visit Ginger in Antwerp.
