Rumi Cutie is an absolute gem of a dog! She's an incredibly sweet and loving girl who wants nothing more than to be your best friend. With a heart of gold, she radiates happiness and will melt into you any chance she gets. You can't help but smile when you're around her, especially when she looks up at you with those gorgeous big brown puppy-dog eyes and her sweet, innocent grin. Believed to be around 6 years old and weighing 53 lbs, this pittie mix is a true sweetheart.
Ideal Home
Rumi Cutie would thrive in a home with a backyard where she can stretch her legs and enjoy the outdoors, but she could also do well in an apartment or condo with proper exercise. She's a versatile girl who enjoys both adventure and snuggle time. Rumi does well with children as young as 5 years old, showing calm patience with their energy. She is also dog-friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs, ideally a medium-energy male dog who enjoys a companion but isn't overly demanding. While she's friendly with cats and showed no interest in chasing the resident feline, a sleepover can be arranged to ensure compatibility.
Ongoing Health
Rumi Cutie is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations, multiple deworming treatments, and is spayed. She has also received flea prevention and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has tested negative for heartworm.
Training & Support
Rumi is eager to learn and already knows commands like "sit" and "down." She walks nicely on a leash with only occasional pulling and responds well to gentle correction. She has excellent house manners and is both crate and potty trained.

Rumi Cutie is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide with our USDA-certified transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. A surcharge of $87 applies due to transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
