Rex

Rex is a wonderfully sweet 1-year-old pittie mix who came to us with a significant hip injury. He underwent major surgery when he was younger, and after many months of recovery, he's feeling fantastic! You'd never guess he had such a serious injury; Rex is bursting with life and joy. He gets along great with other dogs, is diligently learning his leash manners and household etiquette, and absolutely adores a good belly rub. Rex has been a superstar on our Doggy Day Outs, comfortably socializing at restaurants and making new friends like a seasoned pro!

Ongoing Health

Rex had surgery for a hip injury, but he has made a full recovery and shows no lingering effects.

Training & Support

Like all rescue dogs, Rex will benefit from ongoing training and socialization in his new home to help him continue to build his confidence and learn household manners. He is already learning his leash skills and is a very eager learner.

Transporation

Rex is currently located in Providence, RI. We provide transport to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located on the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We offer local or virtual meet-and-greets once an application is on file.
