Meet Zoey, a delightful 7-month-old, 48-lb brindle Great Pyrenees mix! Zoey is a gem with the sweetest, most gentle soul. She's already spayed and fully vaccinated, and she's embracing her puppyhood with curiosity and playfulness as she discovers the world around her.
Ideal Home
Zoey can be a little shy when first encountering new people or situations, but her confidence blossoms quickly, revealing a loving, affectionate, and wonderfully silly companion. She'd thrive with a patient and understanding adopter who can help her feel secure and cherished in her new home. Zoey enjoys playing with other dogs her size and smaller, and she's done great with children ages 6 and up. While she hasn't met cats yet, slow introductions might lead to a successful friendship.

Zoey is currently in great health and is spayed and fully vaccinated.
Training & Support
Zoey is crate trained and can comfortably stay in her crate for up to 6 hours. She's also a good traveler in the car and shows no food aggression. She's still perfecting her house training and leash skills, and she may pull a bit on walks as she's still learning about leash manners. Zoey is eager to please and will flourish with consistent guidance and a loving touch.

- Once your initial application is screened, you'll have the opportunity for a video chat.
- Transports occur every few weeks, and approved adopters will be placed on the next available transport. Please only apply when you are ready to welcome a dog into your home.
- We are a volunteer-run rescue dedicated to these dogs. Please ensure you are serious about moving forward with our adoption process before applying. If anyone else is involved in the decision-making, please confirm they are on board beforehand.

Zoey is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. She can be transported to approved adopters out of state.
