Pax is a handsome 78 lb American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart! This tuxedo-clad charmer treats every day like a celebration, approaching life with 100% enthusiasm. Pax is a social butterfly who loves to shower everyone he meets with affection. He's the ultimate companion dog, a devoted shadow who will happily follow you from room to room, making sure you're never alone. If you're dreaming of a silly, devoted friend to share your life with, Pax is your guy!

Ideal Home

Pax is a wonderfully versatile companion who would thrive in almost any home, whether it's a spacious house with a fenced yard for zoomies or a cozy apartment for naps. He is best suited for a home with children aged 10 and up due to his occasional clumsiness and unawareness of his size.

Ongoing Health

Pax is a healthy boy and has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He is up-to-date on all his preventative care.

Training & Support

Pax is already crate and potty trained and has been a great big brother to the teens in his current foster home. He has a mild case of FOMO when his humans leave, but it's simply a sign of his deep affection. He is also doing great on his leash walks. Pax loves his toys, especially plush ones, and enjoys showing them off.

Transporation

Pax is currently in Texas and can be transported to various locations nationwide via our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters).
